Top 1 Amok Fish
Amok is a traditional Kmher curry made with meat or mild white fish, lemon grass, fresh turmeric paste, lemongrass, and fingerroot and coconut milk. It is the most popular dish in northwest Cambodia. You can order chicken amok but fish is the authentic way to go. At upscale restaurants fish amok is steamed in a banana leaf, while most of the local places serve a boiled version. Price about USD 4 – 6

TOP 12: Catch a Tuk Tuk
Tuk Tuk in every road of Cambodia. It is more fun for travellers to catch a Tuk Tuk as compared to other transportation such as cars or buses. Sitting on tuk tuk will be cooler than walking because of the speed. It’s important to remember negotiate the price. The price for short distance was about $2-$5 USD.

TOP 1: Exploring the temples of Angkor Wat
This may seem pretty obvious at the top of any ‘must do’ list in Cambodia. Angkor Wat alone justifies a trip to Southeast Asia. The largest pre-industrial city in the world at 400sqk, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built in the first half of the 12th century (113-5BC). Estimated construction time of the temple is 30 years by King Suryavarman II. One of the highlight was the depict images of heaven and hell on the outer wall of Angkor Wat.

Day 3 – Cameron Highland – Melaka

Breakfast at Hong Kong Restaurant. The restaurant itself is a famous steamboat in Cameron highlands (evening).

Overall, it offers a wide selection of foods and menu items at breakfast.

After filling up, short walk to Cactus Valley and back to hotel.
Check out around 11.00 am. Heading to Lata Iskandar Waterfalls.
