DO: Drink lots of water
You can’t go wrong
There are a multitude of of reasons for this good advice, and it is universally accepted as a good idea n matter what else you do in life.
1. When you are in ketosis and producing ketones, they can cause some really bad breath.
2. If you didn’t drink enough water, your body will compensate by retaining more water!
3. Sometimes when you feel hungry, it is really your body crying for water, not food.
4. Lack of sufficient water intake will slow down your metabolism and make you feel tired.
Drinking up to a gallon of water per day seems impossible at first, but cutting out things like soda and juice can help a lot.
