Singapore iLight Marina Bay Light Art Festival 2012

iLight Marina Bay is the Asia’s first light art festival. In brief, there are more than 20 showcase dynamo and innovative light art installation. Here, some of the highlights of the showcases that I had taken on 22 March 2012.

Garden of Light
A large-scale projections on the surface of the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands. A short story about the beauty of the environmental and the natural world. It was founded by Adrian Goh (Singapore) and his team in 1997.

Coral Garden
Design by Olivia d’Aboville (Philippines/France) for the purpose to raises awareness about efforts to reform damaged reefs as well as to promotes the beauty of coral. In particular, the emphasizing of natural ecosystems.
My visit at iLight Marina Bay Asia's first light art festival

Receptacle
Design by Marine Ky (France/Cambodia). Accordingly, this artwork aims to re-recreate a sense of community through the art making process.
