Exercise Tips for Burning more FAT
There are some tricks to exercising that increase fat burning
1. Exercise in the morning on an empty stomach
Morning exercise burns 300 percent more body fat than exercising at any other time of the day because there is no glycogen (stored carbohydrates) in your liver to burn.
2. Do cardio exercise right after weight training
You deplete your glycogen stores more quickly when you do weight training exercises before cardio, which means you start burning fat sooner.
3. Change the exercise
Frequently changing your exercise makes your muscles work harder and causes an increase in heart rate, which means an increase in calories burned.
4. Change the duration of exercise
Changes in duration also are good for performance, but it becomes tougher to reach the fat-burning zone. Extending the length of your workout can compensate.
