Peaches, Plums, Melons, Citrus

VEGETABLES
Avoid foods that grow belowe ground such as Carrots, Potatoes. Parsnips, Turnips, Rutabagas. 

GRAINS
Avoid All

DAIRY
All reduced-fat or skim products

NUTS AND SEEDS
Chestnuts, Cashews, Pistachio


FATS AND OILS

Canola oil, Vegetable oil, Safflower oil, Margarine, Butter blends, Crisco or “hydrogenated” cooking oils

SPICES AND HERBS

Premade mixes because they have added sugar.

SUGAR SWEETENER

Aspartame, Xylitol, Sucralose, Sugar

PROTEIN

Tilapia, Farm-raised salmon, Cured deli meats, Cured hot dogs, Cured bacon, all nitrates in meat

PROCESSED FOODS
Just stay away from processed meals. Buy the actual food item, and you’ll find it much easier to stick to your KETO diet.
